IMPORTANT EPI PEN RECALL
FOR 2016-2017 SCHOOL YEAR
Please make sure you call the absentee line to report an absence each time your child is out: all students must be accounted for each day
If you know in advance that your student will be absent you can complete a Pre-Arranged Absence form
MEDICATION IN SCHOOL
Any student requiring Medication during the school day must have signed permission from both the doctor and parent
OTC medications also require permission signed by the doctor and the parent. This is good for the current school year and must be renewed each year
Tewksbury Township requires a Physical Exam for all incoming PreSchool and Kindergarten students as well as any students transferring into the district
Updated Physical Exams are also required for 3rd and 7th grade students

**All students 6 months through 59 months of age attending a Preschool Program are required to receive a seasonal Flu Vaccine**
between September 1 and December 31 each year
