    HOLA AMIGOS!!!!  Do you know what each of the Spanish words in the paragraphs below mean????  Read and try to figure them out!

      BIENVENIDOS to 2021-2022 school year! I will be your PROFESORA de ESPANOL this year!  IT is my GOL to keep my students interested and engaged in LA CLASE.  The expectation is to come to class with a positive ACTITUD and always try your best! 

       I will be teaching 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Spanish this year.  Each grade will learn a VARIEDAD of skills in speaking, listening, writing, and reading.  6th, 7th, and 8th grade will be also be meeting DOS VECES each week.  We utilize the LIBRO DE TEXTO "Realidades" in the three upper grades.  Letter grades are earned for all GRADOS.  I am looking forward to working with all my ESTUDIANTES this year to make it a very memorable and fun one in their middle school career!!! 
     
    Grading:
     
    There will be minimal homework.  We do not give tests, however we will have quizzes, speaking presentations, writing assingments, and listening activities.  Since we only meet twice per week, it will be my goal to get a graded assessment in every other week.  This will give you roughly 5-6 grades for the entire marking period.  At the end of the marking period, you will get a participation grade as well that you will give yourself a self evaluation on.
     
    ATTENTION 8th GRADE!  We will be meeting 3x a week this year so get ready to APRENDER MUCHO!
