    Have an incident to report? Follow one of the two options below:
     
    Option 1: Complete the   HIB REFERRAL FORM
     
    Option 2: Anonymously Report the Incident
    Leave a voice message if you or someone you know are experiencing harrassment, intimidation, and/or bullying.

    Should you have additional information to share regarding a previous HIB investigation, please follow one of the two options above, providing this additional information. All new information will be reviewed.
